This policy explains what personal information Restora collects when you visit or buy from this store, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, sign up to our email list or contact support, you provide details such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number and order contents.
Payment information. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure checkout. Restora never sees or stores your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the card type and the last four digits.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and which pages you viewed — through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to send order and shipping confirmations
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
- To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
- To send marketing emails, where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe from any of them
- To understand how the store is used so we can improve it
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store, and only to the extent they need it:
- Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which hosts this store and processes orders
- Payment processors — to take payment and screen for fraud
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners — to deliver your order

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart contents between pages, remember your preferences and help us measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store — the cart and checkout in particular — will stop working properly if you do.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations — generally seven years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, object to or restrict how we process it, and opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, email support@userestora.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the time your local law requires.

We are based in the United States, and your information may be stored and processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
Children
This store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
